Refund Policy

Mrs. India by Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.

Mrs. India is owned and organised by Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. All payments made by a candidate to Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. in connection with her participation in the Mrs. India competition are subject to the following Refund & Non-Transferability Policy.

1. Non-Refundable Payments

All amounts paid by a candidate to Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. shall be strictly non-refundable, regardless of the nature, purpose or description of the payment.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Pageant or participation fees
• Registration or application fees
• Training and grooming fees
• Workshop or coaching fees
• Shoot, photography or video fees
• Costume, styling or wardrobe-related fees
• Accommodation or event-related fees
• Miscellaneous or administrative fees
• Any other fee, charge, deposit or amount paid towards participation in the competition or any related activity.

Once a payment has been made, the candidate shall not be entitled to claim a refund of the amount paid for any reason, including withdrawal from the competition, personal circumstances, inability to participate, change of plans, non-attendance at training or events, or any other reason.

2. Non-Transferability
All payments made by a candidate are strictly non-transferable.
A payment made by one candidate cannot be transferred, assigned, adjusted or credited towards the participation of another person or candidate. The payment cannot be transferred to another edition, competition, event or programme organised by Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., unless expressly authorised in writing by the organisation.

3. Withdrawal or Disqualification
In the event that a candidate voluntarily withdraws from the competition, fails to participate in scheduled activities, or is disqualified or otherwise becomes ineligible to continue in the competition, no refund or transfer of any amount already paid shall be made.

4. Rescheduling or Changes
In the event of changes to the competition schedule, venue, programme structure, training schedule or other related arrangements, amounts already paid shall remain non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to applicable law.

5. Candidate Acknowledgement
By making any payment to Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and/or proceeding with participation in Mrs. India, the candidate acknowledges that she has read, understood and accepted this Refund & Non-Transferability Policy.
The candidate agrees that all payments made in connection with the competition are final, non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

6. Applicability
This policy applies to all payments made by or on behalf of a candidate to Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. in relation to Mrs. India, irrespective of the payment method, payment description or purpose for which the amount is collected.
Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend or update this policy where required.
